Scholarship Application
Applicants must submit a personal statement with the online application. The personal statement is a one-page letter about yourself that includes: academic background, employment experience, career goals, community involvement, interests, and other information you would like considered. This will be blindly evaluated and scored and should be as thorough as possible.
Some scholarship correspondence is sent via email - please list an email that you check on a regular basis. Please do not list your high school or other college email as those usually stop working after you leave that institution.

Education

Please list all other colleges attended including those attended as a College Credit Plus Student.
